Uses Of Thermal Fabrics Fabrics

To meet the many safety requirements when carrying out welding and metal cutting operations, a range of fabrics been made which satisfies most demands.  We can categorize our high temperature fabrics line into three sections:

Light Duty Fire Protection: In light duty fire protection we put plain Fiberglass, Silicon coated, Black neoprene coated, Heat-treated and PTFE coated fabrics. Plain-woven fiberglass materials are commonly used in Kitchen fires, Light duty welding protection, Pipe wrapping, Fire and Smoke curtains, welding.

 Medium Duty Fire Protection: In medium duty fire protection, we included Heavy-duty woven and texturized fiberglass, Coated fiberglass, mostly for vertical application. Most application included expansion joints, dust resistance, curtains for Industrial ovens, Pipe insulation and welding protection, High-temperateness thermal insulation, Welding drop cloth, protective screens and fire curtains etc.

Heavy Duty Fire Protection: Mostly Heavy Duty fiberglass with Vermiculite coating, Abrasion Resistant coating, Light and heavy-duty Silica fabrics with and without special coating for underfoot and harsh uses. Most applications include Vertical / Horizontal welding protection, Screens for welding drops, protection from molten metal splashes welding curtains, Special safe havens for worker’s protection.   

For extreme environments and finally most important is the maximum possible heat and resistance temperature range from 850C° to 1200C° working and melting point 1600C°.
